Yoga Poses for Back Pain Relief : Relaxing After Yoga Workout


Hi, this is Prarit Jha, on behalf of Expert
Village. Just observe your breathing. And each breathing, you are exhaling, just try
to make it relaxed. Just try to see it. Just see your lower back is getting much better,
much relaxed. Stay in this position at least for three to five minutes. This is also a
very good relaxation exercise. When you feeling little tired, just try this exercise. After
doing for three to five minutes, we are going to sit in our sitting position. Now, after
doing this exercises you will definitely get benefited, and it will helps you in your back
problem.
