migraine. Migraine is also known as the sick head ache because of the nausea and the vomiting
which accompanies the excruciating pain in the head. You’re not alone, Caesar and Freud

precautions, the dos and don’ts that you must do within every exercise. Also I will be telling
you about certain foods and Indian herbal remedies that you can use to alleviate and
immediately take care of migraine.
