thank you for joining me for this short
yoga practice targeting me low back you’ll need either two blocks two
bolsters or two pillows or whichever combination that works for you for
today’s postures if you’re feeling extra tense today feel free to grab some extra
pillows for more height and comfort begin seated inhale hands overhead
exhale left hand to the mat right hand overhead feel free to drop the elbow
here for a deeper side stretch so we can fully benefit we really want
to roll that right shoulder back you might feel more of a stretch in doing so inhale back to Center exhale to the
right roll that left shoulder back so you’d feel all that great stretch and
low back maybe the side body inhale Center
begin to circulate the hips play around here maybe roll side to side go ahead and have your blocks nearby honey’s the chest when you’re ready go ahead and drop the
knees place your blocks directly under them pull the flash away from the sit bones
sit tall here thank the name through the spine through the crown of the head rest here or on your exhale lead with
the chest into your fold option to rock side to side inhale release how’d nice place your blocks to the side roll to
your back how nice the chest good squeeze here
nice deep breath well exhale
when you’re ready place a block under the sacrum you want to play around here
see what feels good for you adjust it to your liking being rockin the knees side to side a
nice slow paced really feel your movement here they move with your
inhales and exhales find some stillness allow the weight of
the hips to just melt over that block next inhale knees come up option to rock
side to side release the feet to the mat go ahead and
push the block directly to your left glute just so your left glute is on that
block slow and steady here begin walking
towards the left and then back towards the middle perfect push the block towards the right
same thing right glute is resting on the block rock gently here take your time
feel free to even move with the breath go ahead and balance out here centering
the block under the sacrum take a moment to connect the sacrum with the block place the block to the side
the low back on the mat here option to rock side to side h-how’d needs to chest again option to
rock it out good squeeze release let’s take a moment to fully
surrender and soak in all the love we just offered to ourselves fill the body become heavy
observe the sensations maybe within the hips and low back when you’re ready on an inhale roll to
