Upland Claremont Cucamonga. This video helps the upper back here, get stronger especially after your injury or if you have hunched posture. Well it’s called, I’m gonna call it, the wall fly. So what you do, is go against the wall, flat against the wall, with your heels, hip, shoulder and head, so your body’s straight. By doing that you’re gonna
improve your posture. From there you’re gonna
do is take your elbows, lock them into your side, and then against the wall. You want them stable. From there you’re gonna do is
bring your arms out this way. But what the goal is making
shoulder blades come together. I’m gonna show you that right now. Here first, from the front view here. Just like that. Hold it for about five seconds, and relax, about three to five times. Okay. From the back view. You wanna do when you’re on the wall, is bring your elbows or hands out. Get the blades to come together. Pinch them. Hold for five seconds, and relax and wait for five seconds. We wanna repeat this three to five times. Again from the side view, by being straight, up and down. That point, your body
gets this area stronger to go from this posture to this posture, and help relieve upper back pain. Hope that helps you. Again if you’re a patient here already, great.
