I am asking her permission to be able to videotape her and use this for marketing
purposes is that okay with you Jennifer yes
all right about 25 minutes ago I saw a post on Facebook where Jennifer was
talking about her back pain she had been to a physical therapist for about eight
visits with absolutely no relief her doctor said stop going to physical
therapy she’s had pain every time she stands up the pain intensity rated from
a six to a nine if I remember correctly when you stand up yes no pain when you
sit down um she told me she injured her back originally in 2016
had knee surgery because she fractured her knee her left low back has been a
problem since that time I then found out after we did some total motion release
things if she couldn’t lift her arm much past her cheek height or actually not
even to her cheek eye but she said that’s been like that for several years
because of a passed labrum surgery that she had so what we did is did some total
motion release where we did some trunk rotations we did some leg stretching and
we did good arm motions the better arm side over the head and I just want
Jennifer to tell us what she felt is there a difference is it better is it
worse and just tell me what your response was about two minutes ago
before I started this when you stood up and started walking around so the floor
is yours Jennifer I feel so much better a hundred percent better I can lift my
right arm all the way up past my head now I couldn’t do that before
how long how long had it been since you were able to lift your arm up all the
way since August of 2016 so for nearly two years you were stopped about it your
cheek height if I remember when you lift there the first time and now you have
motion and really the only thing that did it was I took your good arm and had
you bounce it at the end range 2 sets of 25 2 times now I can get up and walk around the
room without having any pain and before how intense was your pain when you would
say keeping beforehand when you would stand up it was bad it was probably
sorry you cut out it was probably a what it was about how intense sorry you cut
out again it’s very intense it was it was very intense I had to sit down okay
so by just doing a couple total motion release activities not only did your
motion get better but your pain decreased significantly and you’re
feeling almost normal when you walk around the room now compared to intense
pain before yeah I feel looser I feel like I just
stretched before going exercises or running or something and you didn’t do
it we didn’t do any stretches though did we no awesome thank you through your
time and I’m gonna cut the video off but we’ll continue to talk
