and stretch forward. One, two, three, four. Please bend all the way
forward until you feel the stretch at your lower back. Four, five. Right foot. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four, five. Left foot. Stretch back. One, two, three, four. If you are bending back enough, you will feel tension in your lower back. Four, five. Right foot. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four, five. Left foot. Both hands on your knee and stretch to the right. One, two, three, four. Make sure you stretch
to the tension point. Two, three, four, five. Hold it for five second. One, two, three, four, five, and relax. Right foot. Stretch towards the left. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four, five. Hold it for five second. One, two, three, four, five. Left foot. And left hand behind your head. And stretch to the right. One, two, three, four. Make sure you stretch
to the tension point. Two, three, four, five. Right foot, and stretch towards the left. One, two, three, four, five. One, two, three, four, five. Left foot. Stretch in a clockwise direction. One, two, three, four. As you rotate, please make
a large circular motion. Three, four, five. Right foot, in a clockwise direction. One, two, three, four. Please follow my pace. One, two, three, four, five. Left foot, stretch forward and hold it for five second. One, two, three, four, five. And stretch back, hold it for five second. One, two, three, four, five. Right foot, stretch forward

    How I love your videos Austin, I do them 6 days a week before bedtime and I’m seeing really good gains, my partner has commented on the mans Boobs video which really is reducing the size. Your training is consistent throughout all your videos. Thank you so much 🙂 Have you any exercises for fingers? I have a problem tendon which causes stiffness in my 3rd finger left to right (left hand)

    Hi Austin, I saw your video about strenthening my wrists but the problem is I can't normally bend my left wrist down. I can only bend it about 45° while I can bend my right wrist 90°. How can I bend my left wrist down further?

    THANKS FOR THE VIDEO on faisant les exercices j'ai soulagé les douleurs de la hanche et du même coup le muscle psoas s'est détendu d'ou une meilleur vascularisation de l'articulation de la hanche. on pourrai éviter certaines opérations abusives (prothèses de la hanche) par exemple en faisant régulièrement ces exercices.

    That looked painful Austin! I'm a barber/stylist of almost 40yrs & I have to stretch my hips, thighs & low back everyday before standing doing hair AAALLL day. I put each foot up on the washer edge, bend that knee with opposite foot back behind me with straight leg & lean in to bended knee. At home I do sitting butterflies with my legs for hip pain. I'm old now & even though I do this, I still hurt. Daily I take a complete amino supplement, L-Theanine, sublingual B-12, a 55+ multi vite, drink a plant protein shake with almond/coconut milk & use tiger balm for pain. I guess this is just what happens as we age? I do not like it! Especially this hip pain bullcrap! I don't like it the most!!! So I'm going to try the exercises in this video & anything else I see on here from you. You're amazing! Thank you!
