Stressed Out – Postmodern Jukebox Twenty One Pilots Cover ft. Puddles Pity Party (Sad Clown)

I wish I found some better sounds no one’s ever heard I wish I had a better voice that sang some better words I wish I found some chords in an order that is new I wish I didn’t have to rhyme every time I sang I was told when I get older all my fears would shrink But now I’m insecure and I care what people think My name’s Blurryface and I care what you think My name’s Blurryface and I care what you think Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out Sometimes a certain smell will take me back to when I was young How come I’m never able to identify where it’s coming from I’d make a candle out of it if I ever found it Try to sell it, never sell out of it, I’d probably only sell one It’d be to my brother, ’cause we have the same nose Same clothes homegrown a stone’s throw from a creek we used to roam But it would remind us of when nothing really mattered Out of student loans and tree-house homes we all would take the latter Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out We used to play pretend give each other different names We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face Saying, “Wake up, you need to make money” We used to play pretend give each other different names We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face Saying, “Wake up, you need to make money” “Wake up, you need to make money” Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out we’re stressed out we’re stressed out

I absolutely adore how this version isn't even a pmj cover, it's quite just a standard acoustic trio cover which happens to be great

    在我三十年人生中最憂鬱孤獨的時候梯聽到了這首歌,工作辭了,每天躲在小房間不想跟任何人見面,聽著這首歌卻默默流下淚來,感謝小丑先生能把一首歌打入我的心中。

You wish you could turn back time to the "good ol' days?" Why? Sure, you didn't have to make money as a kid, but your parents did. That's why you had to ask every time you
wanted a cookie, because the cookies weren't free. Me, personally, the good ol' days are now. Sure, I have to work to earn money, but I can buy a box of cookies and eat
them without having to ask permission. These are the good ol' days.

I wish I found some better sounds no one’s ever heard
I wish I had a better voice that sang some better words
I wish I found some chords in an order that is new
I wish I didn't have to rhyme every time I sang
I was told when I get older all my fears would shrink
But now I’m insecure and I care what people think
My name's Blurryface and I care what you think
My name's Blurryface and I care what you think
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
    We're stressed out
Sometimes a certain smell will take me back to when I was young
How come I’m never able to identify where it’s coming from
I’d make a candle out of it if I ever found it
Try to sell it, never sell out of it, I’d probably only sell one
It’d be to my brother, 'cause we have the same nose
Same clothes homegrown a stone’s throw from a creek we used to roam
But it would remind us of when nothing really mattered
Out of student loans and tree-house homes we all would take the latter
My name's Blurryface and I care what you think
My name's Blurryface and I care what you think
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
We used to play pretend, give each other different names
We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away
Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face
Saying, "Wake up, you need to make money"
    Yeah
We used to play pretend, give each other different names
We would build a rocket ship and then we'd fly it far away
Used to dream of outer space but now they're laughing at our face
Saying, "Wake up, you need to make money"
    Yeah
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
Wish we could turn back time, to the good old days
When our momma sang us to sleep but now we’re stressed out
Used to play pretend, used to play pretend, bunny
We used to play pretend, wake up, you need the money
Used to play pretend, used to play pretend, bunny
We used to play pretend, wake up, you need the money
We used to play pretend, give each other different names
We would build a rocket ship and then we’d fly it far away
Used to dream of outer space but now they’re laughing at our face
Saying, "Wake up, you need to make money"
    Yeah

So many request for other songs and no recognition for this rendering? This one really gave true meaning to the lyrics; made me stop and think how much fun and simpler it was to be a child and screwed it is to be adult.Thank you Puddles for helping me remember what was truly fun.

You have a great voice … but your wasting time with that song ; 21 pilots don’t have good notes or lyrics might have deep meanings but they still suck

hey – are you still taking requests? I'd love to hear Puddles sing:
    1. The Whole of The Moon (Waterboys)
    2. Chickory Chick (Sammy Kaye)

I wish we could turn back time we could play with our big black fuzzy balls and drink coffee laced rum and our Momma would beat us with a stick and poke us in our nose but now we are knocked out.
