Now I’m going to check the two tissues
that restrict cervical flection. Remember you had 33 degrees and normal 60. The first tissue was the nuchal ligament. That goes from C zero down
to C seven in the midline. And the best way to treat
that is with an instrument. So we’re gonna use this and we’re
going to see how much grit you feel, how much I feel if it makes any
noises and the more grit we feel, the more adhesion is in there. Can I
ask you a question? No questions. Go ahead. What’s the difference between what you’re
doing and just like the stuff you see on Instagram where like.. Scraping? Yeah.
Like someone will buy their own tool. Yeah. And just, (making scraping noice). So most of people’s bodies
are 95% healthy muscles. I would say only 5% of somebody’s
body actually has adhesion. And with some of these instruments,
people are just like, if someone has a forearm issue , they’re literally taking the instrument
and just painting their whole forearm read. Versus the way that I’ve been taught is
where’s the little thumbnail cap piece of adhesion? And I’m only treating that spot and
I’m focusing on removing that piece of adhesion. So it’s just bringing
greater focus on awareness from my end. That’s what makes the instrument
treatment effective. So, so what I’m feeling is
there’s some adhesion here, but I’m nervous because I can feel the
knots. Like, can you feel this Shawn? So I’m not getting grit treatment with
this. There’s a little bit down here. There’s stuff we’re trying to avoid.
I can feel the knots with the instrument. It’s not getting the grit it’s
just hopping over the bands. This is a little bit more
effective right now. Well, I am going to get in here with my fingers. This just allows that work to be
more effective. If I can get it.
