– Hi, my name is Doctor Trabulsi. Today I would like to show
you how to apply kinesio tape to protect the lower back after therapy. You should identify where
the iliac crest ends, that’s the pelvis bone. Go three fingers below and that’s where the tape should start. Start from the bottom,
stretch the tape up, and apply one strip. Take the second strip, again
what you’re trying to do is support the muscles
that are exist in there. For example, these are the two quenelles. Start at the bottom,
again, stretch the tape out with one hand as you
apply it with the second. This should be done after therapy, to hold the therapy for a longer duration. This should not replace therapy. It will not be the same results. And again, right in the middle. And this is how you apply sports tape, or one way to apply sports
