Arthritis is a degenerative disease that
affects over 350 million people worldwide, with over 54 million adults in
the USA alone. Once a person is diagnosed with arthritis, treatment is administered
by applying mostly non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) but these drugs do not cure the problem, so what’s the solution? Before you find out if there is a viable
solution, and the benefits that omega 3 fatty acids bring to the table
in finding a viable natural solution, would you like to get an ongoing

out on future videos uploaded to this channel again. Plus, watch this video to
the end to get access to our Special Report entitled: Sugar Addiction – The
Shocking Findings of a Processed Poison! the role that diets and supplements have
in reducing the conditions such as arthritis is under-rated. One way to
combat the painful effects of arthritis is to add foods rich in omega 3 fatty
acids to your daily diet. Omega 3 fatty acids are not able to reduce the joint
damage or reverse the arthritic process, but it is a safe and effective way to
reduce the symptoms, slower the damaging process, and improve your quality of life.
However, if you watch this video to the very end and then watch the second video
in this series, you will discover some very surprising
information that could help, and offer hope, to arthritis sufferers from all
over the world. As such, omega 3 fatty acids are important components in the
battle against arthritis that you can naturally find in flax seeds, fish oil, canola
oil, seafood, and other types of foods. In addition, omega 3 fatty acids also
help with fighting depression, promoting brain and mental health, and increase
energy levels, so omega 3s have some great attributes for the body as a whole. In this video and article, you are going to find out: 1. What arthritis is; 2. The types of arthritis; 3. How omega 3 fatty acids can benefit those
who suffer from arthritis; and 4. How to defer and/or reduce the onset of
arthritis. So, without further ado… #1. What is Arthritis? Arthritis is the
inflammation of one or multiple joints, and the tissues that surround those
joints. Both the tissue around the joints and the connective tissue can get
affected. What happens is that once arthritis sets in it creates inflammation, which then releases an enzyme that attacks the outer membrane
of the damaged cell and the surrounding cells, and so it goes on. The NSAIDs
help to prevent some of the enzymes, but not all of them, so they only help defer
or reduce the pain. However, in a race to “cure” arthritis, a number of drugs were
manufactured that created more problems, such as gut ulceration and serious
cardiovascular issues. As a consequence, manufacturers are now engaged in lengthy and expensive lawsuits! Some symptoms of arthritis are: (1) Stiffness of the
joints; (2) Joint pain; (3) Redness of the skin; and (4) Swelling. #2. Types of Arthritis: (1) Osteoarthritis. With this type of
arthritis the cartilage gets damaged. It mostly happens due to age; and as a
consequence of obesity; and from sports injuries. You will find that your
movement is painful, and other common symptoms include stiffness of the joints,
aching pain, and difficulty undertaking daily tasks such as walking up and down
stairs, bathing, and getting dressed and undressed. it is reckoned that about 90% of arthritis sufferers have this type of
arthritis; (2) Rheumatoid Arthritis. This is an autoimmune disease. It means that
there is an over-reactive inflammatory response that damages the cartilage and
joints. People who suffer this condition may develop lumps on their skin known as rheumatoid nodules. Symptoms include morning stiffness of joints, swollen
joints, fatigue, and loss of appetite. It usually affects the wrists, hands and
feet. #3. Psoriatic Arthritis. This condition involves an inflammation of both the joints and the skin. it causes blotches of red and white areas of
inflamed skin, and shows symptoms such as swollen fingers and toes, lower back
pain, and foot pain; #4 Gout. This is a condition not readily recognised as
being arthritic, however it is a very painful condition to experience. Gout arises owing to an accumulation of uric acid crystals in a joint. Symptoms include stiffness of the joints, redness, inflammation, joint pain and
discomfort. Gout can last from 3 to 10 days, and mostly affects the big toe or another parts of the foot. If the condition
goes untreated too long, it will affect your joints and kidneys. Now you have a
greater understanding of the types of arthritis, and the very limited, but
potentially damaging effects of using manufactured drugs, the next video will introduce you to some powerful, but little-known natural
alternatives, that not only relieve the symptoms of arthritis in a way that
enhances your overall health at the same time, but can also reverse the
degenerative process of arthritis. In the meantime, we hope you’ve enjoyed the information provided in this video. If you like the content in this and other
