Neck & Back Pain : Simple & Easiest Remedy


Hello, Everyone suffers from back pain. Even in schools we study with bad posture. Also back pain occurs while doing office work on computer. There is a remedy which you can do anywhere and it will help reducing and curing back pain. In this exercise; Sit straight, keep hands by your side. Slowly raise your hands while palms facing up. Lock both the hands straight up and raise head up and hold for 30 seconds. Now, bring head to normal position and hold for 30 seconds and bring hands down in normal position. You can also do it again. If you perform this exercise three times a day, it will take only 10 minutes. Many people are suffering from back pain and cervical pan. it will help in back pain, cervical pain without any medicines. You can even do it in the office sitting on a chair!! Thanks
