Natural Remedy to Treat Arthritis, Back and Muscle Pain

cardiovascular health, and relieves arthritis. Ginger, on the other hand, contains an anti-inflammatory
substance called gingerol, which relives pain, prevents damage caused by free radicals, protects
against cancer, and boosts immunity. It also helps relieve throat pain. Here’s the recipe: Ingredients 1 tbsp of fresh grated ginger;
1 cup of water (250 milliliters); 2 tsp of honey;
1 stick of cinnamon (about the size of your index finger). Instructions First, boil the water. Once it starts boiling, add the ginger and
cinnamon stick and let it boil for three more minutes. Cover the container and let it sit for 10
to 15 minutes. Once the time is up, strain the mixture. Next, add the honey to sweeten it. Take 1 tablespoon several times a day, until
your pain goes away.

    I don't have muscle pain but do have arthritis in my toes. I never heard that cinnamon could relieve this pain. I would like to try it. I make ginger tea frequently enough so can try with the cinnamon!

    Nice video, I suffer from arthritis of knees, hips and shoulders etc and I get cramps in my legs, so drink lots of green tea and some times ginger tea as well but all shop bought ones.
    So now I m gonna drink home made ginger tea and ll let you know how I got on.

    I’ve used ginger and cinnamon to make tea for the last couple of years, and it does relieve pain and inflammation.

    The amount boiled doesn't last much more than a day.  Can it be made in larger quantities and should it be refrigerated?  Is there any contraindication if you take more than 1 tbs per day?
