McKenzie Exercise for sciatic nerve pain relief

McKenzie Exercise for sciatic nerve pain relief

This sciatic nerve pain relief exercises from McKenzie is a bit more difficult than the Prone Prop exercise. What happens basically when you keep your lower back arched, is that pressure on sciatic nerve decreases and so does sciatic pain, until it eventually goes away. Start by placing your hands at shoulders level, and elevate your upper body, while keeping the pelvis sticking to the floor. Than come back down,
then up again
& down,… Do this 5 to 10 times or more if you can, as long as this doesn’t cause any pain. Just take it easy,
don’t try to catch up with Julie she doesn’t have herniated disc, or sciatica. or other back problems I don’t think she actually has a real spine. Be sure to keep your pelvis on the floor during this exercise. When you are ready,
you can go all the way up, Fully extend your arms, and increase the arch In your lower back. You can do this sciatic nerve pain relief exercise as much as you want, as long as it doesn’t cause any pain. We are trying to get pain relief from sciatica caused by herniated disc, NOT to hurt ourselves.

It is an awesome exclusive guide for Curing Sciatica in Just 8 Mins minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my GF got great results with it.
