Low Back Roll Exercise for Pain Relief / Posture by Upland Claremont Cucamonga Ontario Chiropractor


– Welcome back to Euclid Chiropractic. What I wanna talk about today is, how do we stretch our lower back by just relaxing over
either a pillow like this, or you can take a bath towel, stretch this way too. Our lower back needs that
stretch, relaxed stretch, but the ligament stretch,
not just the muscles. So what I’ll have Destiny
do is lie on her back, with that pillow under your lower back, right at the belt line. Just like that with your
legs straight, perfect. Okay. This should relax your back a little bit. It may seem a little tight if
your back is tight already. I’m gonna have you now, the second part is bend your knees for me. And bring your knees up,
so your feet are flat. Just like that. Again, very very simple, but
allows your back to stretch. Figure out what position
works better for you. Legs straight or legs up. You’ll wanna do each one
maybe about a minute or so, if that feels comfortable to you. If it doesn’t, causes pain, check with your chiropractor, doctor, get an examination done. But if not, this’ll
help your back stretch, ’cause all day long,
we’re sitting in a chair. This makes your back very tight. Stretching this way gets
the muscles relaxed. Your curved back and your lower back so you feel better the next day. Right, to our health, inside and out. Have a great day, and we’ll
