Low back pain: Footwear?

Low back pain: Footwear?

hello everyone am I going to talk today
a little bit about lower back pain and footwear so a lot of people do ask me
about if they’re going to be doing some walking they’re going to be doing some
exercise or just day-to-day what footwear is good and bad for my lower back
so it might surprise you to know obviously it’s fairly common sense that
high heels are not going to be great if you’ve got lower back pain because of what
they do postural e shift your body weight forwards and put pressure through
your lower back but otherwise I’m super super flat shoes are actually really not
very good for your lower back at all so examples of those would be things like
ballet pumps ugg boots this trend for things like converse trainers any kind
of fashion trainer that has that super super flat rubber sole so why is that so
the flat of the soul and the nearer your foot is to the floor such as in a ballet
pump where there’s literally a very very thin layer of material at the bottom of
the shoe means there’s virtually no shock absorption when your heel strikes
the floor and if there’s no shock absorption that means that impact go
straight up through your leg and straight through into your lower back
causing irritation now this is only for people who have existing lower back pain
but I would have bought upward advised to avoid super super flat shoes so
ballet pumps converse trainers ugg boots all those kind of shoes can aggravate
things if you already have existing lower back pain so an alternative would simply
be to wear a good structured sports trainer those have built-in gel cushions
built into the soul of the trainer and will help absorb the shock of the impact
of walking on running okay guys I hope you found that useful if so then do you
