I really felt like I was taking a stab in
the dark, and wasn’t really sure, number one, if even the online presence was the way to
go. Just looking at different ways of trying to
get better exposure out there and have our brand circulate better. It was something that was in my mind, and
never really thought that it would actually be a good avenue. And obviously there’s a lot of, you know,
different companies. I think I decided to make that call the Mark,
I realized that I needed something. And then I saw the things that he offered
and it was really great. I noticed results probably within the first,
definitely within the first four or five months it took, you know, it took a bit, but then
it was very different than before. Very tangible. But I can tell you now it’s been about four
or five years that, it’s consistent. The results that I’ve been getting just are
really good with Mark. And I think it’s also the way that he works. It sounds like he’s always on top of the new
things that are happening, right, because it sounds like there’s always new things going
on with Google and YouTube and all that stuff. And part of it, you know, like he gives me
the homework to do and I think that’s an important part of it. Like you got to have direction and guidance. So I didn’t know what to do. And so he, he gives me that guidance and lets
me know, these are the things that will be optimal. What I really like about Mark is that he doesn’t
say that this is a for sure thing or this, but he gives me these are the best things
to do to optimize, and we try it out and if it works, then we keep on that path. And there’ve been a few things that we’ve
tried that had been actually really excellent. And I think working with Mark, has been amazing
and the respect of the relationship, because a is super easy going. And whenever I have a question, he’s more
than open to take time out and talk about what we need to do to re-strategize or look
at the game plan, which you’ve done more than once. Just because of the climate and all these
changes, and the online, and the platforms and all that stuff. And in fact, one of the biggest changes has
been really I’m really happy with, is switching over the website to have Mark run it. It’s been one of the most successful things. Like it caused a lot of headache before. And it was, I think something that since Mark
has taken it over and then he’s enabled to also utilize what he’s doing to make things
connect better. That’s been something I’ve been really super
happy with. It’s been outstanding. So I’m the owner and clinical director of
two sports and orthopaedic rehab physio clinics called Insync Physio. And originally when we opened up the first
clinic in 2011, it probably took about a few years maybe until I realized that, that’s
when I was saying that I needed the other options of looking at you know, getting new,
different clientele. And that’s when I approached Mark. And then definitely when we opened up the
second clinic, is when we realized that I think we needed to have more of that exposure. So my role as a clinical director, I also
work in the business because I really love that and I really love the technical aspects
of it. So I do spend two and a half days in clinic. And then in those two and a half days, I try
not to wear the clinical director hat or the owner hat, I’m clinician. And then the other time I spend trying to
envision where the clinics are going to go and how you know, how we’re going to not only
be successful, but how we continue to be able to reach out to the communities that we want
to be actively involved in and growing with and how we can serve those different populations
like from like the sporting community obviously, and also the community on just like a regular
basis that just need some physio rehab services. And I found that working with Mark, he’s been
able to help us tailor our reach into those areas more effectively. I would say in terms of referrals, you know,
we consistently get at least, I mean, probably on a bad week we get at least,10 to 12 online
referrals. And that’s all because of the SEO platforms
and in the things that Mark has been doing. And I really find that that consistency is
important. And like I said, that’s like on a bad week,
right? And then on a higher end of the scale, it
can be up to like, sometimes even, you know, 18 to 25. So it’s been really consistent that way. And I think the other thing is just, there’s
so many people that bombard me with like quotes of wanting to do an audit of my website with
SEO. And then, I think, the bottom line is that
working with Mark is somebody that I trust. And I think that’s the most important thing
because if you can trust somebody like the way that you trust Mark, then in a relationship
like that, you know, it goes a long way.
