So the next exercise we’re going to do is a lunge which is going to open up our hip flexors which become tight from sitting all day So Alex is going to hold onto her chair to help with her stability She’s going to take a nice long step forward with her left foot and go into a nice deep plunge to stretch out her hip flexors quad muscles and opening up those hips to release pressure on the low back.
