Guided Meditation – Blissful Deep Relaxation


You are about to embark on a guided meditation journey over the next few minutes I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation where you will experience a wonderful calmness and meditative state of mind this time is for you and you alone you don’t need to do anything, except relax and allow yourself to have this time you may with to close your eyes or watch the screen or switch between both it doesn’t matter which just do whatever feels right for you You are completely in control and if at any time during the meditation you wish to return to your awakened state you can do so simply by opening your eyes breathe in deeply exhale fully breathe in deeply exhale fully allow the sound of the waves to calm your mind breathe in deeply exhale fully you may notice that thoughts and internal mental chatter are happening inside your mind this is completely normal these thoughts will begin to quiet down as you concentrate on listening to the sounds of the waves as you listen to each wave coming in you’ll find your mind gently begins to quiet breathe in deeply exhale fully breathing in cool, refreshing air exhaling hot, tense air breathe in deeply exhale fully you may wish to close your eyes now as you begin to feel more and more relaxed allow the sounds of the ocesn to wash over you bringing you closer to the infinite source of energy within you allowing yourself to be in total peace with your surroundings now as you find yourself feeling more and more relaxed, I am going to count down from 5 to 0 as I count each number you will feel more and more relaxed until you reach a sense of complete and wonderful relaxation 5 feeling more relaxed 4 allowing the sound of the waves to calm your mind 3 wonderfully relaxed 2 so deeply relaxed 1 your mind is calm zero feel the wonderful sense of deep relaxation allow the sound of the waves to continue relaxing your whole body take a few moments to enjoy this wonderful experience you may wish to remain in this deeply relaxed state for a while after this recording has ended in which case, you don’t need to do anything right now when you are ready to resume your day, simply take a few deep breaths and open your eyes

    My favorite meditation channel. Whenever I have a panic attack these help me calm down and fall asleep instantly. I have trouble sleeping almost every night but when I listen to these videos I fall asleep almost instantly without a problem. Thank you for making these videos I couldn't be calm without them. 💜

    This is my first time I meditate through out the whole video. Although I opened my eyes half way but I manage to closed my eyes back. Before that, I can't even meditate for even 10 minutes. I can't stay still for 10 minutes in the sitting position. But with this video, I managed to sit still although I wobble a bit. I have some thoughts in my mind, but I managed to clear most of it. Idk why I feel like I'm floating, and there's some sort of energy? Well, idk what it actually is, but there's a thing there. And I am really glad and grateful that I found this video. I'm on my manifesting journey, and there were times when I have a lot doubts, but this really help me a lot. And it's my first time listening to it!! Gonna download and listen to it anytime. I wanna say thank you for this wonderful video. 🙂

    OH THANK GOD!!!!! FOUND IT!!!!! … thought i had a good guided meditation/visualization video UNTIL the dude advertised his books at the end. smh. TOTALLY MESSED UP THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE, to write the least. THIS!IS!THE!ONE!!!!! THANK YOU FOR UPLOADING. i'm an ocean lover and…THIS TOTALLY WORKS FOR ME!!!!!

    forgot i'd left a comment about this vid. came back to do so and to subscribe. realized there are 2 versions. THANK GOD I DISCOVERED THE ORIGINAL VERSION 1ST BC IT'S SOOOOOOOMUCHBETTER!!!! you all need to delete the other version. it's NOT an improvement.

    Hi everyone, today I was feeling so stressed, between my health problems and my brother being on life support due to alcoholism/ double pneumonia and other bad life choices, being the oldest sibling and closest in location, I have been overloaded lately. This little video relaxation really helped me center again. I hope we all can return to it when we feel sad, hopeless, stressed or just plain tired of it
    all and need a break. The water washes away my stress and leaves me feeling so much better. Thanks for having it here

    I fell deep asleep after 12 minutes of listening to this last night. Wasn’t even planning on sleeping, honestly after this meditation I was planning on playing snake on Snapchat. Lol literally best sleep of my life I felt like I was hypnotized into falling asleep!!!!

    Just wanted to say thanks for this video. I suffer from really bad anxiety and panic attacks, mostly at night. I've tried loads of videos to calm myself down and nothing as worked until I found this. Whenever I feel nervous before bed I put this on and I'm asleep before I know it. It's been a life saver for me. Thank you

And, of course, the stress that comes with countless debate competitions, studying law, and starting gymnastics(a sport i've been scared of for a while) Thank you so much for all of your genuine kindness and dedication.     Loved it. It’s been a week since I started meditating and this was the first time I ACTUALLY felt peaceful and got lost in serenity. This video allows you to feel whatever brings peace to your mind. I absolutely love it. Thanks to whoever made it.

    The first part is great, the voice is soothing and the waves but later on the chimes became annoying for me, they overwhelmed the sound of the waves, but I will look through this channel for the perfect one for me because I like the voice and that's very important.

    Anyone else get vivid imaginations when they listen to this and close their eyes? My imagination conjures up a small beach enclosed in a semi-circle of palm trees. It's twilight, the moon is lightly shimmering on the water. There's quite a few people still chilling on the beach. There's a wooden treehouse structure. There's a walkway through the palm trees lit up by a corridor of fairy lights. Could be in Thailand somewhere or something. Very relaxed scene

    I have anxiety problems and it always keeps my mind working non stop and it wears me out. This video really helped me get out of that spot for a while and I hope to continue watching this video whenever I need to.

    I've enjoyed this many many times, and will continue to enjoy it more. Highly recommended.

    It is best enjoyed with your eyes closed, however, lest you become distracted by the fact that the wave video repeats about every 10 seconds.

    I love the 18 min guided meditation. I use it at least 5 days a week. I often think I'm not going to get to sleep before it finishes, then I wake up in the morning rested. I also use this for my son who had ASD and a busy mind at bedtimes and it helps him relax and get to sleep. Thankyou.

    Hey, thanks for making this! Just a heads up: we do not have anybody who lives in our lives. I wish it was more ambiguous like the first door. I ended up facing up my mistakes alone which really, really hurt. Hard to believe the voice that says "do not be ashamed" when you can not think of anyone who would say that. The self-criticism of the self-criticism of self-criticism can be self-criticism and self-criticism. During the meditation I could feel a shame of forbidding and shame over me. I felt it was a good thing that it was a shadow aspect of me that I had been in constant conflict with which never worked or things like no body is perfect which do not help you. Working mindfully with the shadow inner bully and allow it to express it's condemnations without emotional reactions. Just as if they were floating clouds in the sky.This one is getting my day without breaking up or giving up. Thank you.

    This has helped me so much in my life. I got this idea i thought i wasnt for me. 👌

    Thank you for this practice where I really need it. They might not have made up how important they were.

    Just meditated for my first time ever. Very peaceful experience, I felt almost completely numb. It took a while to stop my thoughts from coming on every 2 seconds but once I let those go these 18 minutes felt like 2 minutes. Thank you for the video.
