Hello, I am TIPI thérapist, (In French : Technique for sensory identification of inconscious fears) Here’s a method to get rid definitively of any uncontrolled emotion, at the moment it meets to you. For those which are currently in an undesirable emotion, such as panic attack, crisis of anguish, anger, jealousy, desire for dying etc… click on this faster video for you to disencumber from it now. TIPI makes it possible to disable any uncontrolled or undesirable emotions. We think first about phobias and anguishes but not only, there are 3 other types of undesirable emotions: 1/ Anger or the irritability, which one can manage like phobias. Any anger which one undergoes or does not completely control can be disabled like phobias. 2/ Inhibition, is an emotion imperceptible sometimes. Feeling of an anaesthetized brain, or a bit drowsy, when one can not think clearly. The depression is the most critical form of inhibition. That relates to also relational inhibition (speakink in public, conflict…) or women and men sexuality problems (impotence) etc… 3/ Tyranny, certain people with responsibility who can take abusive, arbitrary decisions, is for certain people a form of uncontrolled emotion (quite related to anger). These are broad outlines, we can find other emotions out of these categories like sadness, shame and guilt or nausea, the lack of self-confidence… All these emotions can be treated perfectly with the TIPI method. I gave you a list of these emotions in the description of the video. At any moment you do not feel at 100% on the psychological level (TEXT : troubling or invasive emotion=any emotion you don’t want) it is a method that can be useful to you. In this method, there are 2 extra-ordinary things: 1/ This method makes it possible to disable an emotion in only one try and that will relate to all the situations of the same type: for example the elevator, in a couple of minutes this will clean the emotion forever. 2/ you can do it in live, you do not necessarily need to go and see a professional to do so You can of course contact me, I work by Skype or Telephone in both French and English, or you can expect the next time you encounter this problem, and treat it at this moment. The advantage of doing it live, is that it is much faster, the process lasts about 40 seconds on average, and 2 minutes and 30 seconds to the maximum. That is great. So now the method, and you better be read to listen because it is complicated to learn as it’s too easy! All that there is to do, is when the emotion comes up : observe what happens in your body, and let evolve these physical sensations, during 1 or 2 minutes. That is all ! (Easy, but absolutely revolutionnary) The only difficulty is to observe what occurs in our body, without concentrating too much, or seeking to control or to relieve the feelings of your body. Be aware that it is generally very unpleasant what occurs in our body at the time of a crisis of anguish, or while very angry, but feel what’s going on physically, and let this go. I know, it’s hard to believe when I say that a phobia which one has suffered for more than 10 years can disappear in 40 seconds forever. I’ve studied psychology for 4 years, and I perfectly know that this kind of declaration can be difficult to believe. And you will probably not believe me as long as you will not have tried this, and you would be right to be sceptical unless you try. When you will experience this method, you will realize that it is much easier than we thought. I will reconsider this lookalike simplicity, because it is sometimes not so easy to set it up. I must also add that certain fears are like a “bouquet garni” (compilation) of various fears. If you cure one of them, there will still remain all the others, therefore you will not have the feeling that your problem is completelly solved. That can be the case of the fear of the plane: For some people, but not always, the fright of flight in a gathering of differents fears fear during the taking off + fear in the air pockets + fear to the langind +fear of the noise… That can also be the case of depression. The depression it is a quite specific emotion (lack of desire, energy and motivation) which one can treat very well with this process in a few minutes. But if the problem has lasted for several years, other problems were added or spread out, such as the lack of self estime, fear of getting up in the morning, fear of the future, problems in your relationship to other people etc… These emotions will have to be managed one by one to have a satisfactory general effect.
It is a method rather close to meditation. Which is rathor good because meditation actually breaks through in the field of psychotherapy, in particular as a treatment against depression (cf CH. Andre or J. Kabatt Zinn for more information on this subject). What the meditation teaches us, and the method TIPI, is that when we focus ourselves on the present, i.e. on what happens in our body, the emotion stops at once. As soon as a person in crisis of anguish look down into his body feelings, the emotion stops at once. It doesn’t mean that their body doesn’t do anything anymore, because during a few minutes minutes the body will probably seriously heat, or tighten, or prick etc… in different places of the body, but if this person is simply observing all that, he/she will not be invaded any more by the emotion which obstructed him/her. And if you let evolve these physical sensations, they will disappear and you will be perfectly fine in less than 2minutes and 30seconds. This is very serious, it is taught in the USA, in Germany. Not yet in France, whereas it is a French man who discovered this method. But in France the scientific studies have started, but it is likely to take a little more time, because I believe this slowness is a specific problem of France. The conclusions of these studies will be known within 2 or 3 years. And by that time the community of psychology will be aware of this method, and will use it more commonly. For the moment, you will have to be satisfied with my thin explanations. For a few years, there have been many methods to come up, known as the fast therapies : the Cognitive and behavioural therapies, IFS, hypnosis, EMDR or MIMO, IMO in France, which are effective enough for the phobias or the post-traumatic syndrom but TIPI is even faster and effective on everyone (nearly 100% of effectiveness in consultation). It is a natural capacity, there are no people who are not receptive with this method. Note that TIPI only works on emotions. That does not relate to behaviors such as addictions, smoking, alcoholism, addiction to food, the video games addictions etc… You can’t do TIPI while having this behaviour, in this case it is necessary to act before the behavior takes place, at the moment when you feel the emotion .
It is a limit in particular with addictions, because the emotion is short and quickly masked by the addictive behavior. Perhaps hypnosis is more effective on these addictive behaviors. Second limit, TIPI is not effective on physical pains. For example pains of stomach, or migraines, headaches…TIPI does not act on these pains. You will be able to stop it, if a pain is clearly connected to a situation of stress or fear, or anger… In these cases you can eliminate a migraine, but that does not relate to all physical pains. Well, it is all there is to say on the method. I’ll explain more, about this apparent simplicity, because we’ve all learn to do something to alleviate our emotion, it will be necessary to forget, shortly, these old practices which helped to “lower the fire” in you. Forget thoses relaxing techniques to let this natural process clean the emotion without seeking to control the body.
When you will feel this emotion for real, the first thing to do is to put yourself in security. Security is a rather subjective concept. Example: For the scare of heights, certain people will feel safe if they are with more than one meter, other people will need to be with more than 30 meters.
You should not anymore be “hooked” by the situation, and it is not always easy. If you are in a meeting and you are afraid to make a speech in public soon, then it will be probably necessary for you to leave the room, to stop struggling with the situation. Pretend to have a phone call, or go to the toilets can be a necessery excuce to feel safe enough to connect to your physical sensations. If you’re driving : pull over to deal with your fear of driving. It is not always easy, but it is really necessary. Do not go half way, if you keep connected to the situation the emotion and the body feelings will stay. (I let you find the solutions which are appropriate to you to be safe). There are cases, in which it is not possible to feel safe when the emotion arrives : cases where it is necessary to consult an expert afterword) I’m sorry if your afraid of spiders (arachnophobia), you will have to go to a therapist, because when your are not any more in presence of a spider, the fear stops at once. Therefore you will not be able to deal with this problem in live.
But for the other fears, there will remain sensations in the body long enough to put yourself in security, Then, sitting or upright, close the eyes. That enables you to create an intimacy and to take care of yourself. Be aware your are using a process to get rid of this mental block (it is not obligatory to close the eyes however) Now I propose you to close the eyes 10 seconds, and to feel what there is in your body. I’m doing it at the same time.
Try that, close the eyes, 10s and feel what happens in your body? (close the eyes) What happened to you? it is usually peaceful, or one or two small sensation, but not many things.
In real situation, there will be multitudes of things which will be activated in your body, and sometimes that will be very intense, and very unpleasant. I mime you a sequence as an example, it can be different for you, so that you get an idea of how impressive it is sometimes. (Fred close the eyes)
My heart is oppressed. and I am very hot.
The nape of the neck is very painfull, and I have a tied belly. My heart hurts extremely hard, it is very unpleasant, and the warm is very intense. It is slackening in the nape of the neck, and in my belly too.
I’m still a little hot, here on my chest. Nothing happens anymore. (opens the eyes) It is as fast as that. That can be rather intense, you can sometimes have the impression that you will die because you won’t breathe for 15 seconds, but the difficulty is to let the sensations evolve and not trying to force the breathing or to relieve the sensations.
I mime a person who would seek to control what happens in his/her body, and seekd to relieve this things. I do so to show you the difference, but don’t do that ! If you control the sensations, the problem will decrease, but it will come back at the next identical situation because you will stop the process of emotional cleaning. I take the same situation again.
(close the eyes) My heart is oppressed.
and I am very hot. (deep breathings) it’s unbearable.
The nape of the neck is stiff it hurts me (Fred move his head)
I am really really hot (deep breathing again, ventilation of the sweater – movement of the head) It’s calmed down mostly, but there still remain things, I am still a little hot. the nape of the neck it is better.
(deep expiries) Ok, that is a little better.
(opens the eyes) In this situation the person tries to control what occurs in his body. It’s really unusefull to do so, it stops the natural process. If you make deep breathing, if you to seek to relaxe, your body will calm down, but it is not the goal here, because you will have to start again and again each time. The goal of this method is to let your body sensations go ou have to “agree with what occurs”, and let these things evolve even if that pricks in the legs, the nape of the neck, in the heart, at various places according to the situations.
And if you really let go all that, your body will calm down in less than 2 minutes. The only difficulty it to do absolutelly nothing intentionnally during this short time.
We often managed our fears of a certain manner, by having will, or saying to ourselves “I can be stronger that than”, twitching ourselves, by denying what occurs in our body, by not seeking to feel our body nor let it go, and it’s why the problem is still there. If you really want for once to get rid of the emotion which obstructs you, it is necessary to let your body do its duty. What are the physical sensations : muscular pain, a painfull heart, pain in the stomach, in the head, or in different parts of the body, pins and needles, perspiration, What else can happen ? Heart rate accelerates and deepens, difficulty to swallow, the legs are giving away, hard to breath, shaking, turnsick, nausea, giddiness or feeling that something moves in you, therefore while being sat, you will try less to resist to these sensations. If you try to resist, once again, you will stop the emotional cleaning process. The things which are not body feelings: sadness, the impression to have shame, to be guilty, to be afraid are not body feelings. If you feel that, it means that you are still struggling with the situation, you must either move away a little more to be more in security, or let the situation go and be “swallowed” or hooked by the sensory activity of your body. Sometimes you need to move towards a place which does not stimulate you anymore, but you must not seek to calm down on the way. At the end of the process, I invite you to check that you are in your normal state, that will be perhaps a little surprising to have lived that. You will have perhaps even forgotten what created your emotion, it would be a shame not to realize that you did a work on an invading emotion. An anecdote: After a consultation certain people are not aware that they are cured something. example: they get out by taking the elevator, whereas it’s been 10 years they had not taken the elevator, and their life goes on normally without realizing that their behavior had changed. As far as we don’t meet our fear anymore, we do not pay attention anymore to the situations that were troubling us. It is quite surprising, and it is also the problem of this method, that it is not transmitted much to one another, because we are not aware anymore of the old trouble. It works of course with children. They achieve there much more easily than the adults, because they do not seek to control their sensations. For them it is even faster, from 10 to 15 seconds the fear disappears.
