AND THE SPOKANE ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS HAVE COME UP WITH A PLAN THEY SAY WILL HELP BRING CUSTOMERS BACK TO THESE BUSINESSES THAT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY CONSTRUCTION. IT’S 6 O CLOCK ON TUESDAY. WHAT WOULD NORMALLY BE THE DINNER RUSH.
