This video has three levels of dynamic
pushing / pressing movements. Level one is tall sitting. Maintain a neutral spine as
the sled moves forward and backward. Level two is tall kneeling. Breathe out
as you perform the pressing movement. Breathe in as you return to the start
position. Level three is single leg kneeling. Make sure you perform sets with
right and left leg in front. Learning to challenge your base of
support with the moving sled pushes the limits of stability. This is key to
