Chest and Back Pain Relief – Dissolving Blockages


You see alot of workout videos on the web
but there are just few videos about how to handle injuries or
prevent them. If you have pain in your upper back, problems
between your shoulderblades, feel tense in your neck
and even feel shortness of breath and distress then i have 3 exercises you should really
try. You can do something about it without running
to the doctor first or taking any painkiller. because i
gurantee you it will help you to release tension and relax your upper body. For the first exercise you have to get on
your knees, have a straight back and take your hands to
your head. Now you start to move to one side and lean
down a bit. Get up again and turn yourself farther and
lean down again. Exhale when leaning down. Repeat for the other side. For the second exercise get up on your feet
and go down slighty with your butt, cross your arms like this and hold them in
front of your chest. Then you bring your elbow outside your knee. Exhale and look to the top. Repeat this two or three times and also do
it for the other side. For the third exercise we need a foam roll,
you can also take something elese that is round and stable like a yoga mat. Lay it under your back and cross your arms. Exhale and go down slowly and controlled. Put the foam roll a bit higher and repeat. Do this for your complete back. This exercises are not only for those who
have pain in their back, but also for the ones who
