Aquatic Arthritis Exercises for Arthritis Pain Treatment : Aquatic Exercise for Shoulder Arthritis


Hi! My name is Rotem. I’m an Exercise Physiologist
and an Aquatic Therapist, and I’m here on behalf of Expert Village. The next group of
exercises are the shoulder exercises. Now, if you are uncomfortable or unstable in the
deeper water when your shoulders are in the level of the water, you can go to the shallower
water, or even sit on the bench. If you have a bench that you can put inside of the water,
or to sit on the stairs and do those exercises. It doesn’t matter. For me, I will do it in
the shallow water so you can see the movement better. The first exercise will be the shoulder
leg exercise. Now, I will start with the starting position. Again, chest up, look forward, shoulder
relaxed. Now, I will take the shoulder to the front and then together in the back. Front
and to the back. Now I’ll show you the same movement but from the back.

    I used to have arthritis pain all throughout my body, had pain for years and years, not until a friend of mine told me about an all natural, little known protein, did my pain go away.

    Neck pain and also disintegrating discs on my back have already been an issue for me personally. I also have arthritis. Imake use of this arthritis treatment “Rοngοdο Ruzο” (Google it) on my neck, back and sides of my body, and also the pain goes away. I can function for the day. It will also help when you eat foods that do not cause inflammation. .
