Hello Friends! Welcome to a new GlamWorkout! You can do those 5 easy exercises
even while sitting at your desk at work. Let’s get started! Number one, leg lifts
20 reps on each leg You can slide back as an option
and do the exercise this way. Exercise number two: lift, stretch and bend
10 reps on each leg Exercise number three: Lift both legs together as close as you can to your chest Exercise #4: Lift the legs and press the arms
down Exercise number five: Hold the knees, then release one leg at a time
while stretching your arms 20 reps
