I love Coach and Claudia's videos. This one is great because all the other knee videos I've tried have you pausing all the time and counting your own reps. This one is straight through with no faffing!

I just wanted to update that I've been following this video for week. I went from a Velcro sounding knee to being able to go down the stairs with a couple quiet pops. I also haven't had swelling or pain anymore. I was about to go to a physical therapist and get supplements, but now I don't have to, so a huge thank you to guys. Keep doing what you do best. ☺

    Hi Hasfit,
I can do the stretching part just fine, but the strengthening portion makes my knee injury hurt. Do you think I should try to do that part still or just go with the stretching for now? I know it's hard to say, not really knowing what exactly I injured. It came from running on a trail.

I have been recuperating from car accident Since Nov. 21. Car rolled over my leg. Now that 95% of the skin abrasion and lacerations have healed, I am experiencing stiff knee. I was looking for some knee stretching and strengthening exercises and thought let me go to Youtube as I always do self help. So this week I am beginning my physical therapy with your site. I feel a difference already. Great work out with no pain just stretching. I am so glad I came across your video. fits perfect for my recovery. Will be going back to work in another week.

I'm 74 and an avid pickleball player. I twisted my knee going back for a ball and need to strengthen my knee. Should these exercises be done everyday (once a day or twice a day). Also, approximately how long before I would possibly see some results? I know it varies from person to person. It's a great video. Thank you.

I just had knee surgery 4 weeks ago. I was laid up waiting surgery for six weeks, you both have the best routines and support I have found on YT or anywhere for that matter. I started yesterday on your program and yes the popping was disconcerting but you reassured me it was no problem. huge thanks here guys. this has been a very frustrating process the last 12 weeks.

Thank you thank you thank you!! This is the first knee exercise video I've found that goes through the whole workout with you, instead of just quickly demonstrating each move and leaving it to yourself to go through. I also love how you focused on starting small for people dealing with pain who may not be in great shape yet (me lol.) So happy I almost cried at the end haha. 🙂

We've been having great work-outs with Coach Kosak's 25 minute beginner cardio video.  Somewhere along the line I've hurt my knee and am about to go skiing.  Thanks to his and his wife's perfect knee exercise for pain relief video I'm hoping to be back up and running, or more importantly skiing, in time for my holiday.  Thank you.

Recently was told to have knee arthroscopy! Everything I've read tells me not to do it. I have 2 torn meniscus & cartilage wear. I'm beside myself because my exercise routine has to totally change. I so enjoyed working out with you both with weights & was told to stay away from them. I am still using them for shoulders & arms while seated lol. Do you think these knee exercises will help? I'm really trying to avoid the surgery. I'm not in any real pain, just discomfort. I know I'm getting old 67 but I have exercised my whole life! Any suggestions are welcome. Love you two!

Hi there. I really like this follow-along routine and I'd like to do it regularly to help with hiking/general knee pain. I have hyper-extended knees and have been told to do strengthening exercises. But I'm also starting your foundation progam. Do you have any suggestions about how to incorporate this into my weekly routine? Could I add it on to a day's workout session? Or maybe the 17 min knee workout? Or should I count this as a full day's workout? Hope that makes sense. Thanks!

Fabulous! I am fighting to take back the power in my leg after a bad ski injury a couple of years ago. These are ALL the exercises my physio has been encouraging me to do. Can’t tell you the difference it has made being able to have your company, direction and the gentle encouraging pace you always set. I drive myself too hard and endure and then give up! But you have changed all that and I am really beginning to enjoy exercises. Love your videos. Thanks so much.

@Hasfit…..You two cured my lower back pain in November 2018! Thus, when my knee starting having issues I did not panic or call my chiropractor….I just searched for this video. As an Associate Professor (LACCD) and Educational Entrepreneur @mvmnation, I will tell my 31 plus scholars that..“an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”, so they use your videos to avoid drugs, surgery, and the cost of western medicine!
