2 Minute Office Exercise For back pain | Back Pain Relief Exercises | Fix Low Back Pain Quickly

exercise series till now. and thanks a lot for that. friends in today’s busy life whether you are
in sitting job or touring job or either you are a housewife. if any part of body compromise is most that
is our back. and many people have asked about exercises for back pain. so friends in today’s video i am going to
show you few magical exercises to relieve back pain. these exercises are very simple and effective
and you can do these exercises on your office desk or chair very easily. so let’s begin and I will explain you how
to do these exercises. in the first exercise sit comfortably on a
chair. now make your back straight. now gradually contract the muscles of back
and tight these muscles. and increases the arch of back. maintain this position for 8 to 10 seconds. now slowly relax your back muscles and slowly
lean forward and stretch back muscles slightly. again tighten the back muscles and again release
the back muscles and slightly stretch muscles buy leaning forward. this exercise provide a very good stretch
to the tight muscles of back and relieve back pain instantly. in the next exercise what you have to do is
sit straight on the chair as earlier now lift your one knee and grip the knee with hands
and bring it towards your chest like you are giving a hug to your knee. now hold your knee in this position for 5
to 10 seconds and then release the knee and bring it down. now repeat the same exercise in another knee. gradually lift your knee. grip with your hands and bring it near to
chest. now hold for 5 to 10 seconds and release and
bring it down. this exercise provides a very good stretch
to back muscles and relieve back pain instantly. in the next exercise sit straight on the there
as early as and come slight forward on the edge of chair. now extend your both legs. now bend your left knee slightly and put your
left hand on knee to stabilize it here. now lean forward slowly and try to touch you
are right foot with your right hand. you will feel a stretch in the back of your
thigh. you will feel that muscles are being stretched maintain this position for 5 to
10 seconds and then slowly come back to starting position. now bend the right knee slightly and straighten
the left leg. now stabilize your right me by keeping your
right hand on it. now lean slightly gradually forward and try
to touch your left foot with left hand. you will feel stretch in the back of your
left thigh. now maintain this position for 5 to 10 seconds
and now bring back to starting position. this exercise stretches all muscles from back
to foot. and release knee pain and back pain very fast. in the next exercise sit on the chair straight
as earlier on the edge of chair. and now put one leg on another as shown in
the picture. now gradually relax your back muscles and
lean forward and try to touch your feet with your hands. in this exercise you will feel a very nice
stretch around the muscles of back and hip joint. and this exercise relieve back pain
very fast. in the next exercises first you should complete
the four exercises shown earlier and when you feel that all the muscles of your back
are relaxed now. then you should start this exercise. now relax all the muscles of your bank and
lean forward slowly and bring your nose towards your knees and try to touch your feet with
hands. maximum whatever you can do because everybody
has different flexibility. do up to
what you can do easily. now maintain this position for 5 to 10 seconds
and then come back to starting position. so friends these 5 exercises which I have
shown you are very effective in the problem of back pain and relieve back pain very fast
and you can do these exercises for three to four times during your daily office routine. and you will see that within 7 to 10 days
you will feel much difference in your back pain. along with it I want to tell you that those
who are suffering from back pain should stand up from there chair after every 15 to 20 minutes
of sitting. just take a walk for one minute and then you
can come back to your seat and continue your work. if you follow this precaution then these exercises
