1 minute migraine tips
Pacing – In my last video I confessed about how I’d fainted after stupidly going for a
run the day after a three day migraine ‘Such an idiot’
It was because I would have still been very dehydrated and my blood pressure would have
been very low. I’m now trying to pace myself both during and after the migraine to try
and reduce both the severity and frequency of attacks.
But it is really hard because on my good days I want to do really exciting things to make
up for all the days I’ve been in bed. It
is also hard when pacing doesn’t seem to work.
I rested most of last week to try and be well for a crucial day and it didn’t work. I still
had a migraine and had to postpone the event. And then I was annoyed and wished I hadn’t
turned down invites from the beginning of the week because it didn’t make any difference
